Please submit your paper to the ICFCE conference proceedings by email to icfce_conf@163.com entitled with "paper submission+TEL" or by Morressier System of IOP Publishing. Submission Attentions

1. Papers submitted to the conference should be in English (including references and notes and legends).

2. Submitted papers should be original and within the scope of the conference.

3. Each paper should be at least 5 pages in length, including all figures, tables, and references.

4. Authors will be charged extra 400 RMB(55 USD)/page if the manuscript length is more than 7 pages

If you are only interested in giving an oral or poster presentation without paper publication, an abstract with at least 200 words is necessary.
